ABOUT US
For thirty years, I have built institutions, not pitches.
When I started working in education, I was not interested in producing students who scored higher marks. I wanted to understand what made each person unique, and build environments where those strengths could flourish. That belief has stayed with me through every institution I have helped create, including a school that ran for over a decade and produced thirty-three self-directed graduates.

ECONOMICS FIRST
People often think education changes lives. My experience has been different. Without financial independence, freedom remains limited. Whether I am working with schools, doctors, or institutions, the first question is always the same: can people stand on their own? Everything else follows from there.
BUILDING DURING UNCERTAINTY

Some of the most important lessons came during difficult periods. When an institution faced months without salaries, I sold scrap metal and old vehicles to keep the team going. Leadership is not theory. It is taking responsibility when systems stop working.
THE IDEA BEHIND INTEGER
Integer is more than an organisation. It is a philosophy. A whole number. A whole person. A whole institution. I believe fragmentation is a choice, not a destiny. When economics, healthcare, and education work together, people become capable of directing their own lives. I wrote Human in Economy on the same belief. That is the work I am committed to.
